BUTTERFLY likes to offer
unique, reasonably priced wines in addition to the most
popular six varietals –Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc,
Syrah, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
Our guest speaker will begin the tasting with relatively
simple wines, and gradually move on to more complex
wines. All of the wines can be made available for purchase
if you or your guests discover a new wine that you have
to add to your collection.
Our agenda is educational with a very social format
highlighting old and new world wine regions. A BUTTERFLY
Wine tasting offers stress-free hosting and guarantees
a good time for all.

BUTTERFLY works with the
best caterers and winemakers in our nation's capital
and the beautiful Sandhills area of North Carolina for
a fun evening of good food and wine in your home, private
party space, or our favorite Tasting Room located in
Raleigh, NC near RDU Airport. You will experience the
magic of how a glass of wine tastes alone and the dramatic
effect when paired with food. We will send you sample
menus using seasonal ingredients. After you pick your
preferred menu, we will suggest appropriate wines for

Dinner Parties focus on the new theories on food and
wine pairing and the current trends in the market place.
